How do I become a member?
Becoming a PA-Foreclosures.com Member is easy. Simply click on the JOIN NOW Button shown on the top of any page. You'll get instant access to the foreclosed property listings.
Complete the New Member form, and your new Member ID Number will be issued "on screen" immediately. You will also receive a New Member Welcome letter in your inbox, confirming your Membership.
How do I cancel my Membership?
Canceling your Membership is easy. Simply click on the "Cancel" link located on the bottom of any page. Complete the Cancel Membership Form, and your account will be canceled immediately. You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation letter in your inbox.
What if I have lost my Member ID Number?
Your Member ID Number can be sent immediately. Simply click on the "Lost ID Number" button located on the bottom of any page. Complete the Lost ID Number form, and your Member ID Number will be sent to at once.
How do I login to the service?
Login is easy. Simply click on the "Member Login" button. Enter your Member ID Number in the box where indicated. The Pennsylvania Map will be displayed. Just click on a County, to view the foreclosure listings.
How much does the PA-Foreclosures.com Service cost?
The standard membership fee for the PA-Foreclosures.com service is $11.95 per month. The membership fee is charged once per month, and begins after your 7-Day Free Trial Period.
Is there a login limit?
There are no limits on the number of times you can Login to the service. There are no limits on the number of searches you can perform. There are no limits on the amount of time you spend searching listings on the site.
Who can answer my questions about the property listings?
All questions regarding the foreclosed property listings contained in the
PA-Foreclosures.com database, are answered quickly on our Database FAQ's Page.
